These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) govern your access to, and use of, the websites, mobile applications, products, and services operated by Glenn Tech LLC, doing business as Preplex and trading as Preplex.app (“Preplex.app,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).

Preplex.app operates as a global event ticketing and booking platform in multiple jurisdictions, including the United States, Canada, India, United Arab Emirates, and the United Kingdom.
By accessing, registering, or using our website, mobile application, or services (collectively, the “Services”), you (“you” or “your”) acknowledge and agree that you have read, understood, and accepted this Agreement, as well as our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.
If you do not agree to these terms, you must immediately cease all use of the Services.
2. SCOPE OF SERVICES
Preplex.app provides an online platform to facilitate:
Purchase and sale of event tickets.
Event booking and reservation management.
Event promotion and advertising.
Payment processing on behalf of event organizers.
Customer support and dispute assistance.
User account registration and management.
The Services are accessible through:
Website – www.preplex.app (“Site”)
Mobile Application – Preplex.app App (“App”)
We act as a ticketing intermediary between event organizers (“Vendors”) and consumers (“Customers”). We are not the creator, organizer, or owner of the events listed on our platform unless expressly stated otherwise.
3. MODIFICATIONS TO TERMS
We reserve the right to amend or update these Terms at our sole discretion at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting on our Site or App, or by direct notification via email or in-app alerts.
Continued use of the Services after such updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
4. ELIGIBILITY
To use our Services, you must:
Be at least 18 years old or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction.
Have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts.
Provide accurate and current registration information.
Comply with all applicable laws in your country of access.
5. ACCOUNT REGISTRATION and SECURITY
5.1 Account Creation
Certain features require you to create a user account. You agree to:
Provide accurate, current, and complete information.
Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.
Notify us immediately of any unauthorized account use.
5.2 Account Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account without notice if you:
Breach these Terms or applicable laws.
Engage in fraudulent activity (e.g., ticket scalping, counterfeit ticket sales).
Remain inactive for a prolonged period, as determined by us.
Termination may result in the loss of purchased tickets, saved preferences, or promotional offers.
6. PAYMENT TERMS
6.1 Payment Gateways
USA, Canada, UAE, UK – Payments processed via Stripe.
India – Payments processed via Razorpay.
6.2 Fees and Charges
Customers are responsible for a 5.50% processing fee plus a $1.00 convenience fee per transaction.
Additional taxes or regulatory charges may apply based on jurisdiction.
6.3 Vendor Payouts
Vendor sales proceeds are deposited directly into the vendor’s bank account every Tuesday.
6.4 Refunds and Chargebacks
All sales are final unless specified in our Refund Policy.
Chargebacks are prohibited; disputes must be resolved via our customer support or arbitration process.
If incorrect account or delivery details are provided by the customer, no refunds, exchanges, or reissues will be granted.
7. PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES
You agree not to:
Use the platform for unlawful purposes.
Violate intellectual property rights.
Post false, misleading, or defamatory event information.
Interfere with or disrupt the Site, App, or Services.
Circumvent ticket purchase limits or resale restrictions.
Violation may result in account termination and legal action.
8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
We are not liable for the actions or omissions of event organizers, vendors, or third-party service providers.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Services.
Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction is to discontinue use of the Services.
9. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
9.1 Arbitration Agreement
Any dispute arising from or relating to this Agreement shall be resolved by binding arbitration, not court litigation. You waive the right to a jury trial or class action.
9.2 Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, United States, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All trademarks, logos, software, text, graphics, and other content provided by Preplex.app are owned or licensed by us and are protected by intellectual property laws.
11. PRIVACY and DATA PROTECTION
Your use of the Services is subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, process, and protect your personal information.
By using our Services, you consent to our data practices, including international data transfers where applicable.
